Register Early
We encourage you to register early, so that you are assured a place at the event, and to help us with planning. Registration is separate from payment. You can register now and pay later. Advance payments in the form of check, PayPal, or money order will be accepted up until July 21, 2004. Payments made July 22, 2004 or later must be in cash only. Cash payments are also accepted at the door, but advance payments are much appreciated.

Participants from Japan
For those who are coming from Japan, please contact Kurahashi Yoshio Sensei at mujuan@nifty.com for information on a travel package deal that has set up with Kintetsu International. It includes hotel, airfare, and daily bus pickups and drop-offs to the festival. You can also call him from within Japan at: 075-691-9346, or 090-2195-2778.

Accommodations
We have reserved a block of dormitory style double rooms on the NYU campus for this event. The rooms are simple, unadorned and without air-conditioning. We recommend that if you reserve a room, plan to bring a small fan. Rates are extremely reasonable (see pricing). The dormitory rooms are arranged two beds per room; no single rooms are available. If you plan to reserve a dormitory room, please tell us the name of your roommate (you can provide this information when you register). Individuals without roommates will be assigned a roommate.

Good deals for nearby hotel rooms can be obtained by using the google search engine using the key words "inexpensive New York hotels", or "hotels, New York, Downtown".

Cancellation Policy
We will accept cancellations with a 100% refund policy up until June 1, 2004, and
50% refund policy between June 1, 2004 and the beginning of the festival on
July 29, 2004. Sorry no refunds once the festival has begun on July 29,
2004.
